Following your order
Where your tracking number comes from
Every order is sent tracked. When your parcel actually leaves us, you get an email with the tracking number in it and a link for following it. That email is the one to keep.
The number is issued at the point of posting, not when you pay, so there is usually a short gap between your order confirmation and your shipping email.
How long parcels take
We dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Remote and regional addresses may take longer, and working days leave out weekends and public holidays. Customs checks on international orders can add a few days.
Tracking can also sit still for several days while a parcel is in transit between countries. That is normal and does not mean it is lost.
If you cannot find your tracking
- Look for the shipping email, including in spam and promotions. It is separate from your order confirmation.
- Check that the parcel has actually shipped. If you only have an order confirmation, it has not left yet.
- Still stuck? Send us your order number and we will resend the details and chase the carrier for you.
