Where your tracking number comes from
Every order is sent tracked. When your parcel actually leaves us, you get an email with the tracking number in it and a link for following it. That email is the one to keep.
The number is issued at the point of posting, not when you pay, so there is usually a short gap between your order confirmation and your shipping email.
How long parcels take
Parcels leave Thailand and go out to the rest of the world, so transit times vary a lot by destination. Some countries are quick. Others take considerably longer, especially once customs is involved. We will give you a realistic estimate for your country in your shipping email rather than a single number that would be wrong for most people.
Tracking can also sit still for several days while a parcel is in transit between countries. That is normal and does not mean it is lost.
If you cannot find your tracking
- Look for the shipping email, including in spam and promotions. It is separate from your order confirmation.
- Check that the parcel has actually shipped. If you only have an order confirmation, it has not left yet.
- Still stuck? Send us your order number and we will resend the details and chase the carrier for you.
